Baked Fish Parmesan
1 box (12-ounces) Ritz crackers 2 teaspoons Worcestershire powder 3⁄4 to 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt to taste 1⁄4 pound melted butter 1 pound fresh fish filets
Combine crackers, Worcestershire powder and Parmesan cheese in blender. Add
a dash of salt to the melted butter. Dip fish filets in butter and then in the cracker
mixture. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Broil an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.
